Location: Irvine CA 92618 Onsite
Duration: Long Term Contract
Job Description:
Experience
- Minimum 3 5 years in SAP BRIM and at least 1 full end-to-end BRIM implementation.
- Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Cash processes.
- Hands-on configuration experience in SOM, CC, CI-FICA.
Technical Expertise
- Pricing and rating setup in Convergent Charging.
- Billing and invoicing processes in CI.
- FI-CA integration for financial postings.
- Basic knowledge on Middleware and API integration for external systems.
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in Agile environments (JIRA/Azure DevOps experience is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solution Design & Implementation
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP BRIM solutions.
- Configure, Enhance and support BRIM modules:
- Subscription Order Management (SOM)
- Convergent Charging (CC)
- Convergent Invoicing (CI)
- Contract Accounting (FI-CA)
Project Delivery
- Participate in design workshops and prepare functional specifications.
- Support full lifecycle activities: requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment.
- Collaborate with technical teams for WRICEF objects and middleware integration.
- Operational Support
- Handle incidents, service requests, and root-cause analysis.
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to existing teams.
